Apple requires users join a waitlist for Apple Intelligence access on Mac, iPad, and iPhone

Apple Intelligence features will start rolling out next month with iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, and macOS Sequoia 15.1, with additional features launching in the coming months.

Apple plans to introduce new Apple Intelligence features throughout the coming year. The initial wave of Apple Intelligence features will be available as part of three upcoming software releases: iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, and macOS Sequoia 15.1. These updates are currently in beta testing and are expected to be released to all users later in October.

Once you’ve installed the necessary software update for Apple Intelligence, there’s an additional step before accessing the AI features: joining Apple’s waitlist.
